Seller responsibilities

Buyer responsibilities

Feel confident knowing we are certified in Pierce and King counties to perform county health department inspections for property transfer. Appointments take within a week for King County and up to 2 weeks for Pierce County.

A copy of an on-site septic system report prepared by a licensed On-Site System Maintainer (OSM) must be given to the buyer and Public Health before the title is transferred. These reports are valid of 6 months from inspection date.

At the time of property transfer the buyer must submit the required Operation and Maintenance Program fee and a copy of the On-site Sewage System Operation and Maintenance Requirements to Public Health.
